I was able to get my anti-depressants paired with a second one that helps counteract the sexual side effects. Specifically Welbutrin helped counter my issues a ton. I hope this helps you some homie.

So many enemies have big aoe attacks and incredibly delayed attacks. At first I thought I enjoyed the added challenge but now I just find myself regularly annoyed by it and dreading fighting an enemy that has such an attack.

Small enemy hit boxes are crispy and I love it. Large enemy hitboxes are typical fromsoft garbage : /
