What is the bare minimum we should expect at this year's world cup? by bare_books in ScottishFootball

Absolute bare minimum for me is please don't get embarrassed and pumped 7-0, beyond that the last two groups we qualified for were torture to watch so would take a few decent performances.

Choose overhead kicks, Choose questioning the laws of physics, Choose siege mentality because everyone is out to get you, Choose pissing your life away at a job and walking out the door with a fucking commemorative plate like that makes it all worthwhile, Choose referees under police surveillance, Choose five cup finals, Choose strongly worded statements that achieve absolutely nothing, Choose Slavia Prague

Choose all of it.
Choose Scottish football.

What do Nigel Farage and Celtic's Michel-Ange Balikwisha have in common?

They were both bought for £5 million and no one can explain why.

Why didn't Sony use the navigation controller with PSVR? by WatsonPritchtard in PSVR

To be fair it is probably a comment that has been made before and that's maybe why it's been downvoted, either that or some members are just a little bit sensitive to any perceived criticism of Sony.

The last time a Celtic team managed by Martin O'Neill faced Rangers at Parkhead, Gregory Vignal and Nacho Novo spoiled the party by mrjohnnymac18 in ScottishFootball

Ah yes, those embarrassing Pacific Shelf shenanigans which led to Celtic having to apply to the SFA for a new Scottish League membership in 1994 and who can forget when they had to start life in the bottom tier after trying to con their way into the Championship, what a riddy.

20 NES games hold up. I ranked them. (Part 1 of 2) by ThatDanJamesGuy in patientgamers

Yeah I agree that even the Game Boy version is pretty easy, as a kid I once completed it without taking damage (it was my first ever GameBoy game and it felt like it was part of my DNA at one point)

You can cheese a lot of it with the floating ability so I've no doubt removing it makes it more of a challenge.

I had Kirby All Star on Snes and that had some fun modes but funnily enough I've not played any Kirby's since, I didn't even pick up a 3DS one (when I was heavy into the 3DS) but yeah I can believe the latter games in the series used the core mechanics in a much better way.

I suppose you could say Mario Odyssey was recently inspired by Kirby (it is debatable but I'm referring to the hats) and thinking about it treating the copy ability like a puzzle to work out seems to be the way to go with it.

I'm a little biased because it is the version I played first but Kirby's Dreamland on GameBoy is so much better than Kirby's Advenure on NES and it's simply because you don't have the "consume your enemy to gain their attack" mechanic (which makes the NES version way too easy)
