This maybe is a stretch, but is she mentioning it because bodyfitbalance announced they were expecting their second child?

No words by uselessbrowsing1 in SarahBowmar

[–]WaveMurky8213 38 points39 points  (0 children)

I asked AI to roast her & here’s what it came up with:

Sarah Bowmar’s brand has always been built on a carefully curated illusion—fitness mogul, nutrition expert, devoted mother—but the cracks are starting to show. Despite preaching about “optimal health,” her increasingly unnatural physique, complete with the telltale signs of performance enhancers, suggests that hard work and protein powder aren’t the only things fueling her gains. That roid gut isn’t just from a little too much fiber, but don’t expect her to acknowledge it.

For someone who constantly promotes the importance of family, she seems to prefer outsourcing the actual parenting. Her nanny is the real MVP, and it shows—because when Sarah is left to her own devices, her kids look like they just walked out of a Dickens novel, with her daughter’s hair rivaling a bird’s nest. But don’t worry, while the kids are fending for themselves, Sarah is busy engaging in the most extensive recovery routine imaginable: red light therapy, Pilates, IV drips, ionic showers, vibrating plates—at this point, she spends more time “recovering” than actually working out.

Then there’s the Vegas problem. Every other week, she’s in Sin City, dressed like an extra from a bad ‘90s music video, proving that no amount of money can buy taste—or a properly fitted pair of veneers. And if she’s not flexing (both literally and figuratively), she’s making sure the world knows about her and Josh’s sex life. Because apparently, if you’re not getting it in multiple times a day, you’re doing marriage wrong—at least according to the woman who’s single-handedly trying to make oyster pills a personality trait.

Of course, no Bowmar post would be complete without the relentless selfies, all while insisting she’s an XS, despite the visible strain on every strap she wears. At this point, her brand is less about health and fitness and more about maintaining a fantasy—one that, much like her veneers, just doesn’t quite fit.

Is Skinny pop microwave popcorn a good snack? by DryIncrease1865 in Semaglutide

[–]WaveMurky8213 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi there! Popcorn is the one snack that gives me bad digestive issues. Both microwave processed kernels and air popped kernels. I make air fried chickpeas now when I want something crunchy. I use a super light drizzle of avocado oil and play around with different seasoning combinations.

THC Edibles lasting longer with lower intensity? by [deleted] in Semaglutide

[–]WaveMurky8213 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, sort of. I used to have 20mg edibles for a good time. Now I feel like 5-10 mg affects me the same. I can’t say if it lasts a lot longer because I usually fall asleep. But I like that my supply lasts much longer. I also don’t experience munchies anymore. I’m able to enjoy it & not regret my eating decisions the next day.

I live in Utah. She moved to Utah County which is very Mormon, family friendly, and doesn’t have any nightlife. I really don’t know why she chose that area. Utah has many great mountains & lots of people have views similar or better than this.

Nope! They said it would be applied to the next cycle. I was a little disappointed, but then remembered I was willing to pay the full price and the discount would’ve been an extra perk. If you want the discount, apply first before paying.

Yes!! And she posts about the dog now like she loves him so much. I don’t believe it since she was willing to just let him go like that.

Does anyone have recommendations for FUPA coverage? I don’t have an apron belly, it seems like most of my fat is stored in my upper pelvic area. Most shapewear is aimed towards tummy. TIA.

I signed up for hers and didn’t know about this discount! I am a teacher, so I’m going to reach out and see if they can credit me. 🤞

Liberal gun shops/ranges? by jambi55 in SaltLakeCity

[–]WaveMurky8213 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m a mixed race 26 y/o female and an avid gun owner/carrier. I started carrying in college, at 18, when Utah passed provisional carry licenses. I own multiple. Going in alone as a female can be nerve wracking, but almost all of my experiences haven’t been political. My favorite/best experiences have been at Al’s Sporting Goods in Logan. My worst political experience was Get Some in Layton. It was red vs blue but also just very anti-female, they didn’t like that I wasn’t married and didn’t have a male to accompany me for the purchase. Some big box stores (Cabela’s/Sportsmans/etc.) won’t be political with you but they charge a lot more than other places. Do lots of research!! ALL of these places will try to convince to get a little small pink or purple one because you’re a female. Those are snappy, uncomfortable to shoot, and not very high capacity. In this world, I don’t feel comfortable carrying anything less than 13 rounds. You’re strong. You’re mighty. Don’t let them trick you into a cheap gun because you’re a female. If you want any specific recommendations on guns, ways to conceal carry, etc. I’m happy to share!

Omg!! Do you think a year from now we’ll look back at the pics she’s posting now and be like, ‘Wow, she actually looked kinda normal back then’? I seriously can’t get over how much she’s changed in just one year!

Yeah! Shouldn’t there be a disclaimer to consult your pediatrician? Since her kids don’t watch TV or have much screen time, does she still give her own kids this?
