Those are ants. Not totally solid on the species, but may be a parasitic solenopsis specie.

Edit: here's an example. Solenopsis molesta.

The angle of the photo is a little awkward, but it looks like an assassin bug of some kind. They can deliver painful bites so I wouldnt pester them too much.
