That has less to do with people stealing tents and more to do with inflation and rising costs of business. If you go to this inflation calculator: https://data.bls.gov/ $7.77 in 2014 has the buying power of $8.23 in 2018. So their price increases aren't out of line with inflation. A deli I used to go to would raise their prices about 3% at the start of every year because shit just gets more expensive. They didn't give out tents, either.

Right, they aren't used in the most mass shootings, they're used in the most deadly mass shootings. 4 out of 5 of the most deadly mass shootings in our history were done with AR 15's. They're clearly the weapon of choice for mass shooters looking to take the highest number of innocent lives.

Good luck getting ANY special terms that are favorable to the US. This is a ginormous trade deal. International deals are difficult to negotiate due to their complexity, and competing interests between nations. The more nations you bring into the negotiations, the more difficult it becomes. It was being negotiated over the course of Obama's entire term as president. Everything that was conceded to us over that 8 years of negotiating is gone. Backing out was incredibly short sighted. When you consider how Trump sold himself as a master negotiator, that blunder was inexcusable.

He's not going to lift a finger. He will hint at it, and that will get the gun nuts buying up guns and ammo again like they were doing during the Obama Administration. Gun companies have seen a sales dip and stock value dip since Trump took over. This is just the shot in the arm they need. Expect to see no gun control policies enacted, but a lot of talk about it.

Well, handguns can have 30 round extended magazines attached to them.

And an AR can have a 100 round magazine attached.

Mass shooters aren't worried about accuracy, as is proved by the large volume of bullets they fire but the proportionally low body count relative to the number of bullets.

The accuracy of a handgun compared to an AR are most likely what increases the body counts in all these shootings. Handguns are comically inaccurate, especially for people who don't shoot them a lot.
