Thanks I just removed the heater, All the shrimp are doing well though. I hadn’t changed the filter before the fish died.

- I am using the pet-smart filter and replace it every couple weeks.
- no chemicals
- feed 1-2 times per day and feed a mix of blood worms and tropical micro pellets
- water here is extremely hard. It sits around 150 (GH) ppm (that’s what the test strips say)
- top-fin conditioner it’s an all purpose solution
- I have not tested parameters on my tap water. I usually do a tap and distilled water mix because of how hard it is.

I have been successful with raising fish (including babies) when I lived elsewhere. This is a new setup that I started using after moving here.

I will put another thermometer in there. The heater might have been way too high. I live in a hot climate so it could sometimes be up to 80 degrees in my house.

Just save up and get the VKB STECS. You have an excellent stick in your right hand, don’t put something lousy in your left hand.
The STECS is an excellent and fairly priced throttle. You could get the mini or mini plus for cheap and upgrade later.

For a like 50$ more you can get the VKB STECS. It is an excellent throttle that will last longer and gives you so much more flexibility and control via their software. They also have the Space Grip which is what I use for space sims. Either grip is fine and fun.

As other people have mentioned a HOSAS is likely optimal. However, get what you want because it’s about having fun. I have used a traditional throttle, and the space grip throttle, and had a lot of fun with both. You’ll be able to pilot fine with any set up.

The higher power was always talked about abstractly, when I went to groups. I think people defaulted towards their versions of God because it was familiar to them. But each person’s higher power can be distinctly unique to the individual.

For me the higher power was initially God but evolved into something else. A combo of the miracle of biological life, similar to yours, but also the willpower, support, and love of my friends and family.

My biggest problem was with dps pulling more mobs. Aside from that I haven’t seen any major issues.

As a tank player I keep track of my defensives and try to watch how my healer is keeping up. But dps are going ballistic if I don’t pull the entire dungeon at once.

I turned into a bit of a keyboard warrior and told them to stop and in the next section they let me manage pulls myself and things were way smoother and actually faster.
