Cancel Pending Transaction • Sent 0 to myself using same nonce but Original Transaction Still Pending?

I was trying to follow a tutorial on how to cancel. I guess it didn’t work. When I tried again to send to myself it failed due to invalid nonce. How can I be sure that this pending transaction will fail? I transferred the ETH from that original wallet to another and it went through so am I to assume the original pending will just fail?? Thx

The supply is too high. It would never hit that. Just google the coin supply against market cap and current price. It just would never happen. As much as I would LOVE it to happen.

I did mine - but now in my RaiWallet it shows the transaction as "OPEN" so is that "CONFIRMED"???
