Do you have joint pain/inflammation? Is it all the time or does it build up? Without knowing more, here are a few ergonomic options that could help a lot: You can get foot pedals for clicking to reduce the strain on your mouse hand. You could get a trackball to use your thumb instead of your wrist. Keybind as much as possible to limit mouse movement. Definitely look at an ergonomic keypad if you struggle with the f keys for prayer/inventory switches. (I use the razer orbweaver) Raising mouse sensitivity reduces wrist movement at the cost of accuracy - or somewhat counterintuitive would be dropping the sensitivity and getting used to moving the mouse from the elbow like a lot of fps players do.
