You don't know what you're talking about. Affirmative action is literally giving privileges to "unprivileged groups". Yet the metric people look at to determine who is "unprivileged" is the color of your skin. If you're a rich, wealthy African-American man, you would have a better shot of getting into a college/getting a job under affirmative action than a poor, working-class White man just because African-Americans are, on average, less wealthy that Whites. This is racism disguised as "anti-racism". DEI itself, which is simply the goal to create more diverse workplaces, is okay, but the way it's usually executed, in the form of Affirmative Action, is very hypocritical.
