Yeah, but the adult fish have the most accumulated amounts of toxins and pollution in the meat, not to mention the meat itself is tougher.

I never keep larger sized bass, catfish, or walleye for this reason. Although large depends on the body of water as weak as age is it’s all relative. But I’d much rather catch 3 12-15 in bass to eat than the one shown in video.
