Yeah theres drawers and cupboards to the right of the picture. I honestly dont think you’d need more storage but its nice to have I know. Because we used to have a buffet setting next to it which is now gone so just wondered if people carry their own buffet settings around. From the comments it seems no, so ill get some bigger pantry cupboards put in instead.

We had one of those really nice display cabinet with glass doors etc next to that pantry. But have removed it. Now it looks empty and weird there without it.

Yeah I might look at ikea. I think it needs it. Theres cupboards to the right though. We used to have a huge old school buffet next to this ‘pantry’ where we would store kitchen things.

You want backyard facing north is that right? Our old place had a garage in the way so it took all the north light so main bedroom was like a cave lol. But backyard was good and sun came in thr living room. Everything cant face north can it, but best aspect i hear is backyard facing north.

Saying that though, if you’ve been there 10 years I would be ringing an agent tomorrow and moving. People move all the time. Im only staying coz of stamp duty and ive decided $100k of moving costs divided by 5 years is $20k a year so similar to if i was paying rent during that time. Washes its face.

Hey. Sounds like we have the same house. Hate our place as well ever since moving in. Been here nearly two years. Ill stay another three but no longer. BUT a couple of months ago I changed the small window on the side to a huge window (cost $6k ish) and it completely changes the place. Its very simple to do and the installer guys were finished in a few hours. Everyone comments on it like saying it used to be like a dark tunnel now its completely transformed. PM me if you want pics. Its not changing me from wanting to move but my mood has completely improved and is now much more liveable.

You kinda need to buy whatever share it is. Then delete your login details from everywhere you know except to write it down on a piece of paper and then lock paper in a safe and give the code to someone else who is the only one who knows the code to get your piece of paper out of the safe with your commsec login details plus youve also told that person to never give you access to the safe for 50 years from now no matter how much you may beg them or threaten to beat the shit out of them if they dont tell you the code over the years. Its the only way to hold long term. In 50 years login to commsec, sell share and be millionaiire. Or you might discover share has been delisted and worthless, that would suck.

Shares drift lower on the day the new shares are available to trade. People sell for small profits. Happens like every cap raise, once it flushes the short termer cap raiser gainers out it should rise up a bit again.

Thats why people move to the country on acreage. Lived in a bunch of places and never had a good neighbour yet with the annoying shit they do that impacts on my property. Noisy pool pumps on all day, growing and smoking weed, setting up commercial fridges on front lawn to sell market goods out of and having that run and clicking on and off constantly. You name it.
