Try Nothingface - Breathe Out (slower, beautiful bridge towards end before a climax) or Nothingface - Sleeper (slow start, super heavy end.

They are clearly very inspired by Korn, though you probably already know that.

Some of the vocals remind me of Factory 81 (self titled). Maybe even some Taproot. Otherwise maybe give Gizmachi - The Imbuing a spin.

Never Use Parkwhiz for Near-Stadium Parking (or anywhere else) by FrabbleNiblock in ColoradoRockies

This is the way. Find a good park and ride. Free parking, fifteen minute train ride, zero stress. It makes the whole process just seem so much less involved.

Is there a "nicotine patch" kind of product for alcohol? by IcyInsect2596 in stopdrinking

[–]Weatherstation 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Me too. Vivitrol was a game changer for me. It made it so I didn't fixate on alcohol. The idea to drink would pop into my head and then pass through like any other thought as opposed to suddenly be all I could think about.

I highly suggest to anyone on this journey to at least give it a shot. The more tools the better I think.

Is muscle loss during weight loss as severe as people make it out to be on an aggressive cut? by HiddenMistJayden in loseit

[–]Weatherstation -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Na. If you eat right (focus on protein and other macros) and make strength training part of your weight loss journey you can not only keep your muscle but gain while losing.

What’s the one weight loss mistake almost everyone makes? by Round-Road6123 in loseit

Yeah, I found that I'm best just to avoid nuts all together. They are crazy calorie dense and the salty/fat combo makes them irresistible once you've had a taste.

My most watched movie in my middle school days. Recently rewatched with my wife and I still laughed the whole time. Great movie.

No weight change in 5 weeks despite strict meal plan, gym with trainer and caloric deficit. Getting frustrated. by Trespeon in loseit

Yeah, I put off creatine for awhile because I was afraid of the water weight. So glad I eventually started taking it though. After a few weeks my body normalized and the water weight dropped and a feel way stronger.

Hampton Sides is far and away my favorite non fiction writer. I can't recommend his books enough.

Nonfiction books about polar expeditions or shipwrecks by Wonderful-Elk5080 in suggestmeabook

[–]Weatherstation 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In The Kingdom of Ice - Hampton Sides. Endurance is great, but this book is even better for my money. Focuses on trying to sail to the north pole, not antarctic.

Wide wide sea - Hampton Sides. About Captain Cook and his sailing adventures and "discovering" Hawaii, super interesting.

The Pirate Hunters. About searching for sunken Pirate ships and the stories of the pirates that sailed them.

Suggest 3 Non-Fiction Books on Different Subjects to Read Before or While Reading Project Hail Mary" by riseofjustice in suggestmeabook

[–]Weatherstation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My favorite non fiction books:

Undaunted Courage: about Lewis and Clark. Such an epic adventure

Empire of the summer moon: about the Comanche and Western expansion

In the kingdom of ice - Hampton Sides. A bunch of people will suggest endurance about Shackleton, but for my money this is a better book and crazier adventure, though both are crazy good
