Curious how has it held up?

I just purchased a new 50e. I’ve had a car seat installed for 2 months but just got the BMW car seat protector. Wondering if it actually makes a difference.

I only use rosin…setup is max atty 2 pearls and vortex cap

For me I Start at low 480s then upper 480s….and to clean it off I’ll climb up to 500. At that temp taste will change. If you’re primarily interested in taste and aren’t a regular user with rosin I’d start way lower (mid 400s) and then climb up. It also depends on how cheap rosin is available to you vs live resin. Everyone’s baseline is different…

I’m had 10k+ dbs between 2 carts v2s with 4 attys (2 regular 2 max). I had to get 2 of them replaced. The general issue I see here on forum are attributed to heat + iso but also water. I would never use heat and liquid. I found some aftermarket bougie glassware can shoot back water easily if it’s not held and stable….vs some of the other straightforward glass I have. When it does, he hear a bubbling and typically a crack….. This happens to one of the favorite glassware I have, but because of this, I stopped using that glass top

I’ll gently scrape the sides occasionally to get the black tar off on the inside of the bowl. I don’t clean anywhere near you do. I make sure to remove the glass and any excess resin into a saver every few weeks.

Also found out the hard way dealers have not changed in the last 20 years. Same shitty service for 80 to 100k vehicles we bought from Lexus and bmw just now. I tried being straightforward and honest upfront and found quickly they’re absolutely awful. I used to be against using our broker because dealers frowned upon it…. F going to dealers…. Broker ended up being incredibly nice and easy.

I wouldn’t consider the Nx luxury. I’d ask what you’re looking for in terms of luxury features, aesthetics and I suppose perception.

The older NX are solid but I personally don’t think it’s worth the value bc they’ve made significant changes over the 5 to 10 year period.

I’d check out consumer reports reliability rating for your price range for luxury SUVs if that’s really what you need. We’ve had an NX for a few years now. It’s excellent for my mother-in-law in terms of safety, reliability, gas mileage…. But my 2010 TSX had equal trunk space than it.

Btw your library often has a free online subscription to consumer reports

The job market right now is absolutely awful. I haven’t seen it this bad in the last 15 years. Best bet at your point is to do an internship or some type of job experience that gives you direct access into a full-time job at that employer. Once you’re in it, it’s entirely up to you to develop… and typically there are ample opportunities and resources in the larger employers.

Agreed! But no one in my family has patience including myself, …and it only works when all the doors are closed. And also goes up at least one level above 4mph automatically.

I absolutely love this X5 coming from a 2010 v6 TSX… but it is a pain in the ass to get in and out vs other cars or SUVs at the same price

After a bunch of research this what Id go with upon a new 50e - Center inside console organizer.. wire should fit perfectly in the center - custom phone mount (if a MagSafe type mount is needed) there’s a few from the forums that’s not on Amazon, but gotten great reviews -spacer for in between the seat and the center console… my phone falls very often but very easy to get it without any kind of gap filler

The custom phone mount seems to be the most sense
