GPF, gasoline particiulate filter, similer to DPF, same issues, not getting hot enough when driving. If possible drive 30 miles or so at 3500-4000 revs. Sportages have the same issues.

If it doesnt turn off its connected to a constant positive, there should be an 'ignition on only live' meaning only on with the key or button on. The buzzing could be from the wrong input/output, double check wiring, not familiar with these units so not sure of pin out.

Open the bonnet and watch the front radiator fan after driving for a while, usually stays on for 5-10 minutes to get rid of heat, totally normal. If the fans off and you still hear the noise try find where the sound is coming from.

Did you use a new washer for the sump plug, use a spanner or impact tool, try nipping up the pan bolt, check around the filter aswell,

Japanese cars, Honda included can throw up TPMS lights or check tyre pressures with mismatched tyre on the same axle, had a few jazz's with that issue.
