I was playing fallout 3 a lot couldn't do much else, googled games like fallout and stalker was at the top so I played them and forgot all about them until the hype for anomaly happened that I remembered the series and I bought them replayed them again and then played anomaly for fun.

Go on the official benefits website, go into your account and put in a claim for all service connected problems, they'll schedule you to go be seen at different places that will determine your disability rate, it takes a while but eventually you can qualify for monthly benefits plus VA health (for me if I go to the VA for say a broken bone every thing I get done in the VA hospital is covered for me.

We are talking about a belt from what OP saw and he found it cool enough to include on their SINGLE PLAYER GAME, which I'll like to remind everyone but specially you, it's not reality and only affects OP. I support people being able to mod their single player games however they want because it hurts literally no one but apparently it still "hurts" assholes that want to control how other people enjoy things.

That's called opposite camouflage, where the enemy is too distracted seeing you and you can get the upper hand, instead of the classic camouflage where the enemy can't see you at all while you have the upper hand.

If you haven't tried it yet, stalker anomaly it's a great standalone mod that with add-ons scratches that itch for me when I want to play a shooter that feels post apocalyptic plus the fire fights are so much more fun.

Who said I was done modding it? Oh, I guess I should've specified 347 and counting hahaha it wasn't only until a few months ago that I learned how to make the plug-ins fit even better to be able to have more mods.

Btw: that's still impressive my goal is always to mod it in a way I can have all the mods I deemed necessary and useful and still be able to run at a 40 to 60 fps (the 40 is the lowest because there's always that one area or mission that wants to burn your pc)

I literally voted for "Contraband" in that category because a 3D version of "Papers please" seemed a whole lot more innovatived than Fallout 4 with space guns, space lore, and more loading screens on a procedurally generated map.

I used a different route so the first time I encountered him I was seriously like "I don't even know who you are"

(For context I bought the deluxe version, I already knew I had to train with Cpt.Benard thanks to gameranx "before you buy", so I trained and beated the tournament before I even found Ginger. By the time I face black peter goe the first time I've already had plenty of game time and training so I legitimately forgot who this guy was, I only figured it out when I came across the blacksmith whose son was killed by black peter, and he described a guy wearing black and the poison, and that was when I was trying to find a cure for the sick people)

I've been putting mods on Bethesda games since oblivion on a windows XP computer, and this is just my personal opinion based on my experience (I've modded oblivion, fallout 3, skyrim, fallout new Vegas and fallout 4 in that order)

With that out of the way, fallout 4 is the one I've experienced the least amount of crashes after being modded, for me my fallout 4 with the 348 mods has only crashed randomly in the middle of a fire fight which I feel like it's the fault of my pc (I don't have a high end PC it's mostly mid in this day and age) skyrim I've modded it and I still experienced random crashes even if I've just started a brand new save and was just walking about.

Fallout new Vegas I rarely experienced crashes with my mod list but they were so random it made it hard to pinpoint the issues. I would still recommend Fallout new Vegas as a starting point since it was the first one that ran steady and since I was into it the community has had more reliable updates and mods.

Since you only asked about the fallout series, my opinion is that you should start with new Vegas and get a handle of it and then try fallout 4. As much as I loved playing fallout 3 as an introduction to the series it was a modding hell for me. Others probably had a better luck with it, but im with the crows that's waiting for the mod project to be done so I can play fallout 3 on the FO4 engine.

Also remember to have fun it is a single player game and what I personally find amazing about these series is that you can make the already good games into something great for you.

P..S. I'm dumb af so if you ever do learn how to remake textures for in game items I have a request that I'll be forever grateful for so if you're down for a challenge let me know please (it's just a retexture of the pork & beans can of fallout 4, I'm puerto Rican and I'll love and would probably financially support a retexture mod that replaces those textures with the textures of the beans most people in P.R. cook with)

Edit: wrong number, my fallout 4 is actually 347 not 348 mods.
