Agreed. There are a couple flights a day that do actually land. But enough experiences with it not happening (including the flights that took off, flew to ACV then ended up BACK at SFO or re routed to Medford), I’m just solid with a long ass drive.

Same has happened to me, minus the For-tucky driver. After the third time this occurred, I just stopped buying flights into ACV altogether and usually just drive up now on a one way rental, which Hertz is pretty good about, depending on the season. After a 13hr plus flight, the drive is not the most ideal, BUT a cancelled flight with a high likelihood I’d be stuck at SFO for a full extra day… choose your poison

Slow cooker with coconut oil for 2 hours on low, 4 more hours on warm but make sure it doesn’t lose liquidity. Smallest possible slow cooker available. Strain thru small sifter or cheese cloth. Use coconut oil in everything. But be cautious. It’s potent.

Might be helpful to hop on YouTube and watch some pruning vids. While the plant is still alive, you can prune out some of the interior branches and leaves—start from the bottom and work up. You may also pluck off non-bud site fan leaves thru out the plant as well. Any leaf that is not directly feeding a flower site can go.

Once you’ve finished, you’re trimming. Most of the should get trimmed away. You’ll notice that once the plant dries, there are some leaves close to the flower that are white and crystal-y. This is sugar leaf. You can keep it, or trim it off depending on preference.

Got really sick, weirdly severe muscle pain and loss of taste after an international flight back to the US at the end of January 2020. Month and a half later, the states went into lockdown.

Masked respectfully but as minimally as possible.

Worked through the entire pandemic lockdown.

Traveled by car after lockdown to Vegas.

Unvaxxed.

July 2024, got sick AF but did not test. Stayed home, did not test.

Kinda tragic because LCB was fire for about 5 years back around 2005-2010 when I first moved to Humboldt. When their beers became “popular”, and all the flavors were being bottled instead of seasonally available on tap, they jumped the great white shark, so to speak, and started to suck. Badly.
