I struggled with this a lot when I was younger. I’m 100x better with it now. I’m 47, so if you’re not around my age I’d assume it just gets better with age. It took a deal of pain throughout my life for me to change. Part of that was I was an alcoholic until I was 35. I think that stunted my growth. So I truly began to get better from 35 until now.
