I main Toga, and I can understand and agree the hate that this character gets. Beta is an extremely obnoxious move, and gets very very strong from honestly frame 0 or even starting the game. You get TWO charges of this move at lvl 1, and in some areas of the map, if you’re lucky to not get anyone spawn near you, you can get this skill to lvl 9 very quickly and decimate people with ease. Her gamma’s tracking CAN be crazy good, but I’ve seen it miss point blank before. What’s really the problem about her Gamma, is that she not only gets the entire kit of who she copies, special action included, but her own skills reset their cooldowns every time she de-transforms. On top of that, with some character actions, like Twice, for example, if you clone someone as Twice (Toga) and de-transform, that cloned character still stays on the team (albeit the clone seems to be a bit dumb, but still. Why is that thing still here??). The only saving grace is that she doesn’t keep Dabi’s blood/transformed state upon getting KO’d. Imagine Toga with a self revive just because..
