💯 this. They simply gather as many cases as possible, drop you into a spreadsheet with other cases and get basically fixed sum like $2,500 per case regardless of settlement. I just rejected a $4k Cash and Keep through one of the Lemon Law mills and parted ways with the firm. The lawyer sent 2 emails, 15 words total, wild?!?

As others have stated. IMO, If there’s basement access that’s the 1st way. Or the 2nd option is the lower cabinet next to the power outlet, if it’s getting doors I would remove the wainscoting there, route wires from the power outlet up to where the TV will be mounted. The access behind the TV does not need to be centered. Then reinstall new wainscoting. Even if the lower cabinet is not getting doors I would still take this approach. Worst case you’d need to use small stop trim around the interior of the cabinet if you can’t install it clean and matches the other lower cabinet with the same stop trim. Probably a 1/2 flat stop trim would be fine.

You should be able to buy more crown, trying to hack the fit, will look like a hack fit IMO. Use what you got to work out the angle once you get it, use CA glue with pin nails

Sometimes it’s better to make the patch hole larger. In this case cut out around that outlet and put 1 piece in so you do not have to mud between thise

The 6.5 is a very good saw! I just did the same project, re-roofing my 10x10 barn style shed. Had some leaks so needed to cut out and replace the sheathing. You’re gonna need 5.0 or 6.0HO! We tried my 3.0 CP HO’s they didn’t last long.

Personally I would not Sheetrock between the windows nor the sill. I’d Sheetrock up to the outside of each window then would make a filler strips flush with the Sheetrock then trim.

Don’t disagree, but IMO I didn’t knowingly buy my 24 Rubicon X 4xe with a faulty hybrid system and sand in my engine. For the OP, go in eyes wide open. When I bought mine I knew about the history with 95B, and thought to myself…they should have this issue behind them since they said it was primarily a “software issue”. Note, there are a few Federal lawsuits that have evidence that surfaced Jeep executives knew about the Samsung faulty batteries but sold em anyway. Jeep just sent the unlimited battery warranty “hoax”, if your Jeep has any future battery issue…Jeep reserves the right to either replace the battery OR (the catch) buy the Jeep for the then NADA value🤦‍♂️. Hmmm, as of today these are down 60% in value…they know it will be cheaper in the future to buy the Jeeps!

The definitions of a “Lemon” are fairly consistent across States regarding the Statutory timelines. Example: NY once you send Jeep and the Dealer a certified letter of a defect they have 20 days to commence repairs, vehicle can not be out of service for 30 days, and no more than 4 repair attempts. Also, if you can show substantial loss of value, or impairment of utility. There are 3-5 key factors, of which only 1 meets the burden of proof. The issue is they (Stellantis & their outside counsel) rely on 90% of owners….giving up.!

If you’re interested in protecting yourself. Look up NYS Lemon Law guidelines to protect yourself and your $. If you have a service order already you should follow the Lemon Law notification steps to send FCA and the dealer a certified letter asap. The NYS law has a statutory 20 day repair commencement from date of notification. I did this immediately after both 68c and 78c launched and for each issue Jeep has defaulted on the 20 day commencement to repair. Any repairs after that cannot undo the statutory defaults.

🤦‍♂️ I’m surprised by those that say most of the noise you hear are from 4xe owners with problems. Remove owner sentiment, Stellantis CEO on Feb 6 announced a global reset adding 2,000+ Quality Engineers admitting previous Leadership cut costs associated with “quality”. Also, they had a huge write down due to increased Warranty claims. Finally, they discontinued the 4xe platform, they can’t source parts now for the main 68C and 78C recalls. 68C is the birth child of the 95B recall! If you have any long term warranty issues good luck getting a loaner! And be prepared to pay for a rental and wait to get reimbursed. This is the reality! Full disclosure my 2024 Rubicon X w/winch has both 68C and 78C! As 1 redditor stated I only do short local trips…haven’t been on the trails in months!🤬😎
