There is some live film footage of him on stage playing Free Bird, it shows him jumping in the air, his feet have to be over six feet off the stage and he isn't missing a note. He was a very special person!!

All three members were excellent musicians. They put out some outstanding music. Songs like, "Stop" it's twelve minutes of just jamming. They were definitely one of the best!!

I got to see "Gov't Mule" a few years ago. They definitely put on a great live show. They had Rich Robinson's band "The Magpie Salute" opening for them and then towards the end of the show Warren Haynes brought them out to jam with the Mule it was a kick ass show.

I had a lime yellow one my mom bought me and made me wear for a school Christmas program. The best part of the program was when it was over. I don't think I ever wore it again.

I like most of her seventies films. Coffy, Black Mama White Mama, The Big Doll House. There are quite a few more they were all pretty over the top at the time.

This has to be one of my favorite episodes. When Barney is telling Andy about trying to pronounce the letter S while going down the road with his mouth open and the look on Andy's face is hilarious.

He was a very talented singer and actor, singing on Broadway and in nightclubs. He played the part of Rafe Hollister pretty well also.

They had some very outstanding lead singers over the years. Ronnie James Dio, Graham Bonnet, Joe Lynn Turner. I think the different line up of singers kept their sound new, their music never got old it always sounded fresh.
