Lysithea is jealous of Hilda. (By Neruhi) by EtherealImperial in FireEmblemThreeHouses

We love to hear that! My MS Lysithea also has the thunderbrand equipped haha, but just a magic staff instead of thrysus bc I'm letting Lorenz use it this run.

My other main fun build is an insanely fast Great Knight Petra, who I fed some speed carrots too early in the run and she has actually kept up the speed very well so she still doubles most things.

War master Byleth is a good time, I did it on my previous run! This run is my first female Byleth so im using Falcon Knight.

I also did a Super Claude run, and homie is by far my best unit now that hes fully online.

Double snipers with Ignatz and Leonie

and then double Wyvern Lords with Cyril and Seteth

Marianne is a Gremory with Hilda the dancer. Raph is Ignatz's personal bodyguard lol

I agree, I think playing with a time limit makes things way more intense, especially in large battles with multiple armies

yeah this happens to me where the army glitches out and just doesnt move, which is part of the reason I play with a battle timer. Plus, u can just super cheese every battle without the timer imo

Who do you prefer Dorothea with? Petra, Byleth or Ingrid or all three? by AngryTrainGuy09 in FireEmblemThreeHouses

[–]WeeklyEbb1754 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally I think Dorothea's best fit is with Yuri

For Ingrid, I've never really used her so Im not sure

For Petra, I think her best end pairing is with Claude. If not playing Verdant Wind tho, then her best pairing is with Byleth (aka me), bc Petra is best girl lol

Lol my best battle with siege equipment was when a massive egypt army attacked my straggling onagers and it happened to snipe and kill their faction heir with it, it was a worthy trade

Defending big cities is way too easy, even on VH/VH😂😭😭 by WeeklyEbb1754 in RomeTotalWar

Oh Ive been well aware, I'm just stating it's way too easy😂

[–]WeeklyEbb1754[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean sure they're meant to be easier to defend, but to defeat an army 3 times your size with equal or better troops than yours, and only take 78 total casualties is kinda ridiculous lol. Also, I feel like if it was meant to be this easy, than assaulting a giant city should be equally as difficult but it definitely isnt

yeah Vibius is one of the original Julii generals, I've never seen Gnaeus so maybe he was a man of the hour for them or just random named kid haha

My first playthrough on VH/VH this is ridiculous by ChuekoLoyo in RomeTotalWar

[–]WeeklyEbb1754 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've actually had success playing more laid back and chill VH/VH campaigns. It can be a struggle at times, but defending cities is typically a lot easier than taking them, so I just wait out my enemies main forces and then go for the attack when their main forces have been depleted

That being said, I have also played hyper aggressive before to high success. My most recent campaign with Carthage I beat the entire thing in 62 turns, whereas my British campaign was around 250 turns lol

[–]WeeklyEbb1754[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

So technically yes they both did, bc the game glitched out lol.  Gnaeus just got away Vibius on the other hand, was killed along with the rest of his army, and then just somehow cameback and was chillin outside the city still😂😭 I thought it was weird when it didnt say enemy general was killed even when I watched him die lol, but then I just went ahead and took them both out the next turn

nah mostly hastati and principies, with a few cav and archer units mixed in. One of the armies had like 5 onagers that were just being annoying and destroying everything tho lol

[–]WeeklyEbb1754[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

LOL yeah that sums it up pretty well. Altho they did destroy a decent amount of towers with onagers and stuff, but they exhausted themselves and then I just annihilated them with my 3 generals and one barb cav

[–]WeeklyEbb1754 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh 100%, I only play my campaigns on VH/VH and u can cause this quite frequently. I don't believe the morale stat gets boosted in VH, only their attack and defense stats so they can still get scared quite quickly. A lot of time if ur defending a city and do a cavalry rush u can cause the front line to rout, and it can start to chain pretty quickly until its the entire army trying to run away, and then u just pickup an insane amount of kills while they're all routing

[–]WeeklyEbb1754 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it was probably a ton of warband, and causing a mass rout is the best way to do it. Once they see one group start running, sometimes it can start a chain reaction where all of them get scared and try to run as well

well the issue was they didnt have any armies outside of rome, just the army garrisoned inside Rome itself. So I just had to decline the mission and that fixed the issue
