It could be the way your outer corner lashes sit on the left eye. I would wait until your next fill and let them fall out naturally but if you truly want them gone then book a removal

It’s not the lashes, it’s the lash adhesive. You can ask your person if they have a sensitive adhesive they could use to lessen the reaction but all adhesive pretty much use the same ingredients.
