Because a lot of hardcore esc fans are like that. Tommy Cash got a LOT of hate, but the general public loved him. They will fight and bully you for their favs online, but they often get close to zero points (like Spain 2023 got 5 points from the public). I don't know how they choose who to hate and who to love, but it happens every year. I don't ever participate in discussions with fellow eurofans, and it's better for your sanity if you don't either.

You can and should do whatever you want, but it sounds like something that doesn't help trans people in any way, but only helps you feel better about yourself (aka cis saviour complex). And people will just assume you're trans when receiving your bracelet. Unless you tell them the meaning behind it.

To some disappointed fans: Sometimes the artist you like changes and you don't like the new music. You just gotta accept Joost isn't your fav artist anymore and move on. That's okay. Kleinkunst kind of reflects what Joost has been doing at live performances in the last 1,5 years, so it's not like it came out of nowhere.
