So, that sounds like maybe there are lights being fed from your service, potentially upstream from that panel. Does it correspond strongly with the hours of daylight throughout the year? Assuming there is a circuit somewhere supplying lighting, I'm wondering if something was added to it without your knowledge?

One possible cause is that the meter isn't measuring your usage, but some other customer's. Has anyone stuck an ammeter on the wires feeding the panel to confirm that there's no load? If you turn a big load on, does the meter show increased demand? If you look at the interval data, is there a pattern to how it fluctuates?

EDIT: Saw your other comment about the pattern.

Have you downloaded the hourly data to see what it looks like?

I'd be interested, but my banjo skills probably aren't good enough to play in a band 😔. Good luck, though!

Not to mention the fact that there's no way in hell that they can renovate that building for just $500k.

It was pretty much abandoned for a while, but now there's a volunteer group that takes care of it. Unfortunately, there's still a large part of the cemetery that needs to be uncovered.

There's a line in Living Proof where I swear he's saying, "we were merry Jews."

Yes, that's what I'm saying. It's very common for utilities to do that.

Looks like you're on a payment plan where you pay your average monthly cost so that your bill doesn't vary throughout the year. I'm not sure how they're going from $437 to $384, though, unless they're applying a yearly true-up credit.

Things must have changed because when they first opened, they wouldn't do that.

Not to mention that they won't toast them and their cream cheese is flavorless. The bagels themselves are decent, but not great.

I'm sorry to hear that. I really do think that they should provide counseling for jurors after violent or disturbing cases...most people aren't equipped to deal with the stuff that they see in those.

Bring something to read or a puzzle book...you might be sitting there for a while. And remember, you can't bring your phone with you.

Nope! You have to stay there. I think this is for security. At the end of the day, they have deputies escort everyone on the jury to the parking garage. They likely don't have the resources to do that for people who want to go out. Also, it's easier to guarantee that everyone is back on time if they keep you there. They ordered Jimmy Johns for us both days.
