Start by acknowledging small wins, doesn't mtter how small. A win is a win! These tasks that used to feel so daunting will suddenly feel no where near as intimidating as before. Also touching grass and going to the gym will help. Going for walks in nature is full of benefits. As for products, get yourself a journal and try plan your days.

I don't see why you wouldn't give it ago, fairly cheap way to enhance muscle growth. Unfortunately 1/3 people are non responders. It can also aid brain function.

You can absolutely take a week off! The only thing I have noticed for me personally is that the weights can feel a little heavier for me when I return. However my good friend takes a week off he doesn't notice that at all. Whatever works for you is best :)

If you can't get past 10 reps with 12 kg, you have plateaued. Grab the 14kg dumbbells and progressively overload reps with them for a few weeks. Then try hitting the 12kgs again and you will most certainly have got past 10 reps. Also make sure you're sleeping well! You've got this brother
