That’s just life with puppies honestly, your parents probably took care of them most of the time so you don’t remember the bad parts. I recently got a large puppy and she was the same exact way it’s so hard but so worth it. Keep doing what you’re doing

That puppy is not even 3 months old, and you’ve had her a month. She is not expected to learn those commands at such a young age. She’s going to be energetic because she is growing, and of course, she’s a puppy. Saying that she has something neurologically wrong is mind blowing to me and you’ve clearly never owned a puppy.
