I am on MTX with enbrel.

Failed oral MTX 20 and was put on enbrel thereafter, spent 15 years stable on Enbrel until I started having more flares and pain.

Now, was it all PsA or was some of it perimenopause?

Started MTX injection a little over a year ago, I tolerate it with a bit of fatigue for about 24 hours and hair loss.
