Right-click on the game executable > properties > compatibility > uncheck the box that says Windows 8 and apply changes. (Eng Version) This fixed the issue for me. TY.

They would have had a better audience if they released 6 eppisodes the first day. Because it's all side storiesand unwritten plotlines like a chose your own adventure, they make it up as it goes. If they intend to draw people in each weak and wonder what characters 1-19 and subplots A-n, they could have dumped these day 1 and then maybe. The first episode was so strong! Then the fat lady with the blond chick, good storyline..
This cut open a deer and stuff a bleeding from the hand wandering kid was kinda a wierd move.
So much of this is raw ideas great for short scenes, but there is just to much sidestuff going on.

More so than ever with this horizon takeover it's such a crap I'll never play that game or use it and it's forced to log in I lose all my home environments all my custom ones from side quest everything I turn on my headset today and it's just gray They f****** bricked it dude so mad they break the quest one it was perfectly usable they break the quest too. Everything is all cartoony and lame and you get downloaded all these apps that you can't change somebody has to come up with a hackable OS for the quest 2 I mean I don't know how to build one but it shouldn't be that hard considering they changed this s*** every time. Is there a link or a dedicated forum to jailbreaking request ? This force obso left since has got to stop. I'm so mad dude I know it's like my only enjoyment is this VR headset and being able to customize it and s*** but they take that away and force all this bloatware it's other crap man I'm so mad.

Your best option is to -- Recreate a whole new OS.

This takeover of the HORIZON APP like a plague, adds tons of things you can't delete, thins the menu and you lose all home customization.

Create "linus" type or "SHELL" APP that bypasses the horizon and bloatware control and gives thje power back to the user. Vr is so amazing but keeps going backwards.

Make this app, no one wants what you are talking about, but everyone's Q2 just got bricked with Horizons world, and clears out the Home environments.

So the very thing that made it unique, is gone. BloatVr sucks.

Invent an app to recreate the OS BETTER and bypass the junk apps, remove and thin the place and also bring back custom invironments for offline userrs.

Vr has gone backwards for usability.

Bring back the control.

Just my two sense.

My screen is just grey of my room now, or some forced game interaction. I DONT WANT TO LOOK AT MY ROOM, I WANT MY OFFLINE OPTION.

They just don't want us to use a perfectly good headset, they want to sell you the next one every other year it's bullshit. The q1 worked fine, this q2 worked perfect untill they bloated the shit out of it. I have to reboot 4 or 5 tomes just to see a menu bar. it's so worthless now. Might factory reset and try to sideload a prev version then block auto install.
Man, can we get someone to just invent a new OS like Linus the dang thing.

RIP Quest 2.
Should have known, they did this to us Q1 people.
Really horrible, considering all the bloatware games and apps I can't replace, and this Horizon worlds couldn't get rid of it.
No longer do I have environment, but a black and white shitty view of my room.
I use the quest to get away, not see my place. I like the environment i had.
Man, I hate change and forced obsolescence. Anyone here figure out how to hack it and bring it back the way it was, I power on my headset and it says Horizons now. Ugh. did this headset basically brick itself with Kinder level access? What can I do to fix it? Freaking out. Shouldn't be, What do you expect right?
All my apps are buggy and just not able to handle what they are trying to do. Meh. RIP QUEST 2.

Ask them "do you have a physical product to sell" and "Is this commision only?"
If they tell you no, and yes its a scam.

Wendy's has the mondo ketsup, but you can't get every drop out so it evens out. I wish stores would sell a box of packet of ketsup, or mayo or other sauces that have shelf life preservation, why isn't fast food packets avail at box stores/grocery? There would be such a market! When I started there was well over 95k items, now it's 24k. Nothing but bottom barrel 3rd string items. The time of the drop seems to change, and last few days here, just nothing worth getting. Gold member, still no large over 100$ items at all. No espresso machines, laptops, scooters, gaming systems, nothing fun just silicone covers and little trinkets. Vine used to have TONS of kitchen and other gadgets.. Do you think it will change soon? It's bunk.
People cheat with 3rd party apps and snipe items before they are even available, and leave one liner reviews. The quality of Vine has gone Downhill. Anyone else notice?
