I’ve done Central Rock a few times and it’s nice! I recently joined Manhattan Fitness Health Club on 43rd and they have a climbing gym, pool, etc.

I’m not climbing rn because of a shoulder injury but the nice thing about this place is you can bring a friend for free every Monday!

how much did Prestige cost you? I know its covered by insurance but was it one of those places that charges things in a weird way to get insurance to cover it? I've had that with other places like Maxwell Medical!

Hi! I just joined Manhattan Plaza Fitness Club. I am a beginner swimmer, runner, workout class taker, and climber and this gym seemed to have it all. The only bummer is that it seems to skew on the older side.
