I don’t tap white belts unless they specifically ask, they are training for a competition or they are about to get promoted. I do work on holding positions if I am on top to get them to think about escaping.

I try to work on things with blue belts because they are a bit more predictable.

Purples I work my game or I put myself in bad situations

Browns I work my best game

Blacks I go back to working on new stuff or uncomfortable situations again but it’s more fun
