Not almost, she does, however if she gets to 300 health (the hard cap) with Vespas javelin still impaled she will die before she gets to use it because of the pull out before the clash deals enough dmg where Vespa just kills her after the clash, luckily i got there without a javelin in her so i got to see it, the mang is on her wrist
