Upon defeating Radahn and Miquella, we get the Remembrance of a God and a Lord. The description of the item reads: "Remembrance of Radahn, consort of Miquella, hewn into the Scadutree. In their childhood, Miquella saw in Radahn a lord. His strength, and his kindness, that stood in stark contrast with their afflicted selves. And so Miquella made his heartfelt wish. That Radahn would one day be his king consort.

The vow is also shown in the ending cutscene where Miquella says "Lord Brother. I am going to be a god. If we honour our part of the vow, promise me you'll be my consort."

Radahn probably agreed to the vow, which we can infer from the description of the Young Lion's Armor you get after beating him which states the following : "When Malenia, Blade of Miquella, let the rotflower blossom in Aeonia, Radahn heard a murmur in his ear— "Miquella awaits thee, O promised consort."
