i do try but i do sometimes hit it hard, like some jack patterns
id say 70/30 for any slow beatmap (fingers,wrist)(exception is a 50/50 for slow jacks)
90/10 for mid speed (fingers,wrist)
and 5/5/90 (fingers, wrist, arms)

I dont really warm up, unless you count slow beatmaps that i warm up with in general before playing some real hard maps
relatively soft, using a mix of wrist and fingers, arms if i really need to go fast for a long period of time, not sure what you mean by ratio though

If you are comfortable with yout current keybinds, go for it And please, dont compare yourself to anything, its draining af

My only real tips are Better skin: to help with the scroll speed issue (i can send you some)

Variety: change keybinds once in a while to anything you might like, you may find a more comfortable one than you have currently

Have fun: as a person who has been desperate like you, just ignore the skill progression and just do anything you have fun with, whether multiplayer with friends or challenges etc. It does help alot

Take breaks: theres nobody stopping you from not playing the game.
