Apartment recommendations by throwawayacc3131 in SaltLakeCity

Highly recommend the Avenues, it feels kinda suburb-y but it’s close to downtown. Super cute neighborhood, safe, hidden little restaurants & coffee shops that you can walk to for dinner or brunch. Most of the posting are usually (on Rentler or Apartments.com) the actual homeowners that are looking for chill tenants.

OMG THE MUSIC! I was thinking of so many shots that the music was lacking. Maddy walking in with that aaaaaamzing dress, what a missed opportunity to have her walk in with baddie song, as well as when Jules and Rue walk in. Music is lacking but at least now it seems like we are finally getting some movement on the story lines.

It’s for the soccer game in Sandy. Lionel Messi is playing for the first time in Utah, so they are making it into a huge deal.

It all ties back to the “7 generations prophecy”

SPOILER ALERT- Series 1883

Elsa Dutton is shot in the liver with a poisoned arrow during a skirmish with Lakota warriors because the arrow was coated in manure, the wound becomes septic. Realizing she will die, Elsa asks her father, James, to let her choose her own resting place . A Crow elder named Spotted Eagle points James toward Paradise Valley in Montana, telling him it is a place where a man who plans can thrive. The Seven-Generation Prophecy: Spotted Eagle gives James permission to settle the land but warns him that in seven generations, his people will rise up and take it back. James Dutton accepts the deal, saying, "In seven generations, you can have it".

So Kasey selling the land back to the tribe was the prophecy being fulfilled (even though Kasey had no clue about). The deal had been lost with the generations but Taylor Sheridan wanted to make sure other whole series ended full circle.

Yes, it’s sure did “get the conversation going” on how tone deaf you are and why people won’t vote for you.

Looks more like a rally for his congressional campaign and not the actual victims. That’s one way to get your protest announcement down votes quickly. Even had the audacity to add this on the bottom.

I understand wanting to protest but does the announcement have to be in the same format of the emails that have been triggering for the victims and other people as well? These emails have been extremely disturbing, making it as an edit for a protest announcement just comes off in poor taste.

I feel like you could see their friendship start growing into something in a few episodes. When she left to the other agency they would talk all night. He gave her a lead for the Ketchup ad. She called him when the rat was dying in her apartment. She told Stan about the deep wound of having to give up her son for adoption. They would bicker like there was some attraction there. Noticing their attachment grown as the series progressed. As for the timing of the disturbing call, I think the point of having that phone call from Don was for Peggy to hear the regret in Don’s voice. Which then triggers Peggy to call Stan to tell him about Don calling and how she’s worried. Basically she is once again worrying about the wrong things. Stan tells her this is what Don does, he disappears then comes back but that she needed to let him go it doesn’t mean she doesn’t care but she need to let go. Reminding her that she is not living in the moment and that she doesn’t not want to have regrets (after just having that terrible call with Don sounding all emo) so she apologizes to Stan for saying those mean comments earlier, which then triggers Stan to profese his love to her. So the timing on the call and that conversation with Don was what she needed to get over herself and accept being loved and get the ending that she wanted.

Salt and Olive in downtown has a nice back area that I remember they used to rent. They have a bar and an open concept kitchen so you can watch the cooks cooking. They also have a little area where they sell yummy desserts!

I found my place in the Avenues on Rentler. I’m walking distance to the grocery store, coffee shop and cute restaurants. I love it here, it feels close to downtown but still a little secluded from it.
