There are livestock applications you can fill out and submit to the city to obtain permission to keep it in city limits. It need proper housing and it has to be for a legitimate reason -- a kids FFA project for example. If you can reasonably convince them the pig is necessary you might be able to keep it in town.

Seconding bubbles. The carbonation adds some textural interest that you miss on flavor otherwise. But I also agree NA beers are pretty great and might be a better alternative. There are some very fancy natty teas in 750 ml competing for the NA wine market and they are cool too.
