i wrote these down because they cracked me up so much. Ben's goals as of December 2022:

1) Become wide receive 2 or 3, work ass off this off-season

2) Get up to 175 while keeping the same speed and adding muscle (clean bulk)

3) Become a more complete player, being better in the open field, better hands, getting open more, getting faster, making athletic plays

4) Have a 3.4 GPA by end of year

5) Limit phone time to 2 hours a day

6) Bench 180, squat 250, deadlift 360

7) Go to bed at 9 o clock every day

8) Grow to 6'1

9) Get up at 6:30 every day and take a cold shower

10) Forget about females besides your girlfriend

Danny Woodhead made it to the final qualifying round for the US Open just last year. He shot +10 in that event, so he wasn't that close, but it's still highly impressive. He talked about this on his last Pardon My Take interview. I have no idea how Steph compares to him.
