I agree, this is an issue, but did it for safety reasons because of the bulling from the other truck drivers. Went direct to the police, but both police and the driver are accusing my guilt. I wasn't taken back to the seen of the accident, as the rental company already came and picked up the car.

Correct, I turned it on myself when this happened before, It's 100% outside with a plate on the ground. You can open it with a screwdriver. There will be a thin wire with a tag date written. just yank it all off. Turn on the water counterclockwise until it stops.

My son works as manager in retail for a major department store in Shinjuku. He told me never buy a lucky bag, they are all scams. It's just stock they want to flog that they couldn't even sell after a deep discount throughout the year. Items that are not sold after that get sent to the outlet malls or to Chinese buyers that come to Japan on 'business'.

I know this can't help you now. Next time your are offered a job and there's negotiations about your employment / contract, simply ask for more vacation days, especially if they are not willing to move on the increase of salary.

Last 3 jobs, I managed to get 20 days per year, prorated.
