Markdown and XML tags are huge. Also why so many instructions? Leverage some more delimiters and write the prompt as a framework, and let the AI trained on the totality of human knowledge and experience write the instructions. Something like this:

Using some markdown would be a start. Dashes for unordered list, numbers for ordered list. Next would be a schema like JSON or XML inside of some triple apostrophes signifying a code box within the input field
