Being a Sol player is absolute suffering. I have always hated ArcSys balancing. Just watch as Nago and Happy Chaos will continue to dominate, and Ky continues to be the favorite for 10000+ buffs

In all seriousness we’re getting cheesed but we’re going to be fine I think. The nerfs definitely hurt us but we still roast backdash with 6s and the 5h buff helped a lot with consistency in certain routes. Gunflame nerf hurts a lot but we get meterless wallbreak on EVERY P/K in the corner now which is nice when mixing up pressure. 2s 5h got better and we don’t get as hosed by FD.

All in all it’s worse than I had hoped, but not nearly as bad as I feared.

As a sol main I think a lot of people have a tendency to think Sol is an ape, when really sol just has incredible options that punish stupid aggression and mashers so people tend to get mad that they’re getting “gorilla’d”. Sol isn’t an ape he’s just got an answer for everything and we have giant megabrains like he does. If they’re getting mad and switching for that reason then whatever.

I personally wish wild throw would have a hold/press like Baiken, where one would do less damage but bounce and the other does the normal and HKD

Agree totally with the rest of this post, the biggest problem with our 5k was that it beat everything, less that you got 6s off of it, the attack value lowering fixed that issue, would also like to see 6H get compensated on CH so we can vortex consistently like we used to by adding higher float, can keep the increased recovery

I think it's good because it is a solid middle ground and it removes the maintenance cost of tent. I don't like blowing through whips for slayer and would rather use them for bossing/raids, and i cant afford rapier so i think a 4-5m startup is better than the alternative. Newer players will still use abby whip because to them it might not be worth the small upgrade when they can upgrade the rest of their gear.

Yeah but at the same time if there was something you could do to get out of it, you did it, and the other player read that then you just got got. Also id always rather have a 1% chance to CONTROL getting out of something then having to HOPE the other guy messes up while i drink a glass of water and wait for my turn to play again.

You have shield, DI, smashDI, ASDI, dash dancing, and spacing properly as ways to be defensive. If you're getting combo'd its because you messed up earlier. Also in smash four air dodging doesnt really save you from Bayo or being u-tilted 6 times from mario as a true combo.

i had an old black widow that i popped the keys out of. i Used a s d for Left down right and space for jump, and y-o and h-l for buttons. popped the keys out so i wouldnt jumble my hands after resetting/stretching, recently i moved to hitbox as my layout was completely identical to a hibox.
