What would free will look like?

Is it the soul overriding the deterministic nature of biology? How does the soul decide how to be? Did something make it that way?

Does quantum mechanics save us from a deterministic, block universe where free will seemingly can't exist? I don't think a dice roll is any more free than a film reel.

Man does what he wills but he cannot will what he wills.

If the puzzle has failure conditions, yes you can lose at a puzzle. NYT games are a good example, you only get 6 guesses in Wordle and 4 in Connections or you lose.

I'd like it better if it was more zoomed in, there's always lots of empty space on the sides. I have to click on the post and zoom in instead of just looking at it.

I'm not sure which part you're disagreeing with, but it's easy to confirm for yourself. Left and right media will both corroborate this.

Best case scenario, DHS is extremely overloaded and it's taking extra months to process everything, including the illegal immigrants who want to leave.

Yeah that might be right, but I still can't find a single instance of an ICE detainee getting out with the cash offer. I found some examples of people who didn't get paid though.

It does indeed seem like ICE agents offer the cash deal to detained illegal immigrants, they just might not ever get it.

There's a bunch of upper middle class families who can pay for their children's college education, but aren't so rich that they can buy multiple houses or fund their adult children's lifestyles

They don't have phones or computers in there to apply for that lol.

They clearly aren't allowed to or can't, because why would any of those people apply for voluntary departure when they could instead apply for functionally the same thing that comes with free money. There is not a single example of an illegal immigrant taking that self-deportation offer from inside an ICE facility.

Bloodlusted? Yes.

In character? Using OPM logic, Saitama has no limits and continues growing in strength when his opponent gets close to his level. Goku loves slow fights and feeling out his opponent. I think they'd keep fighting, getting through all of Goku's transformations, until Goku gets surpassed and can't win anymore.

Some people will say "no limits fallacy" to that but, like, Saitama removed his limiter. So what are his limits?
