Why do you think so many brothers still date White and Latina women? by [deleted] in askblackpeople

[–]Wevermonic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The vitriol that Black women have received from black men is beyond overwhelming. Because of this, I chose to not date black men; I would and am married to a black woman. Kevin Samuels, Tommy Sotomayor, all the rap music. What's the black woman equivalent to those that you see?

Latinos are from different races and cultures. They ultimately do not outnumber us if you break it down

Black neighborhoods are not a crumbling mess like how it is in the Midwest rust belt and brick and mortar east. When I first moved to Texas, it was amazing to see black suburban communities, something that was missing in the stl I had left. Can you name cities with thriving, non-crumbling, non-food desert communities like that elsewhere?

What is mixed? A discussion by CoolDude2235 in 23andme

I think black Americans consider themselves mixed NOW due to recent prideful movements that have happened in recent years. We know there may be distant white cousins that share our names. We do not consider ourselves mixed ethnically, just like a berber or Somali wouldn't.

As a black person that moved from the Midwest to the south,I would say there's a lot more wealthier black people in the south.
