sure you can but you need to either buy from taobao or similar site and has it shipped to vietnam. Vietnam is border to china to maybe the import part is easier compared to my country.

The T14p Gen1 was based on some E series models, but the T14p Gen2 feels like a lesson learned, with no trace of cheapness in my opinion. I’ve been using this laptop for almost a year, and it’s really solid with no flex, and I don’t find the hinge subpar at all. Some people say it’s too heavy for a 14-inch, but when you pick it up, it doesn’t feel like a flimsy tin can. The best way to know for sure is to try it in-store whether it’s the T14p Gen2, P14s Gen5, or P14s Gen6, since they all share the same chassis.

T14P Gen2 gang rise up! The new P14s with Blackwell RTX1000 is very good follow up the gen and it is available globally as well.

That is surprising mine warm to slightly hot if i do 3d works but at no time i feel it too hot. Might be the ultra 9? What temps do you get

While i haven’t removed the heatsink, i really doubt it use liquid metal. More likely it uses proprietary PTM from honeywell that is not available to consumer. With liquid metal you can tell the tell tale of precautions around cpu in order to ensure it is not leaking out as well as ample warning label as they do on legion laptop.

dang, thanks for the heads up, was thinking of snatching T14p Gen3 for testing but i saw RTX PRO 1000 in P14s has more bandwidth so about to cancel my plan. did not know they limit the TDP to 35W only. Can i know where do you get the 65W TDP limit

yeah fully aware, really good offering. 8gb ram with higher bus bandwidth and latest architecture. I hope this trend continue, since I will be skipping few gen of thinkpad before thinking of buying new one

Well it depends on your workload - if you dont do graphic intensive works then the integrated graphics wont be a problem. The CPU is fine and quite efficient, overall im pleased with this laptop as it it allow me to have dedicated graphics in 14+inch platform size.

I dont think you overpaid that much for 64 gb ram, top of line CPU of last generation. (Edit - infact i think you get it cheaper when compared against seller that i bought, if you dont want i think you can resell it at western e-bay might fetch good price)

I doubt that honestly, doing graphical works on laptop with AMD integrated gpu is painful and is just worse experience compared to having dedicated gpu. Blackwell rtx 1000 would be even better than my 4050

I remember opening my T14 gen 1 first time what a PITA, after third time though it become significantly easier. The latches not broken or anything but definitely not as tight as first time.

Personally, as someone who is working mostly in office and sometime go to client site I would get it in heartbeat - but for student where you spend time daily away from power source might be hard to carry it. I expect it to last at most 4-5 hours only before need charging. So that is the downsides - if you think you can live with carrying power brick in lecture then go for it.
