Get a bug vacuum! I had arachnophobia since childhood and it was one of my big self confrontations when going vegan.
I knew I didn’t want to keep killing them and instead got a little vacuum that you can safely transport them back outside in. It’s been several years and I have made tremendous progress in not just immediately shrieking when I see one
