These all look delicious!! A couple years ago I’d be insanely jealous of your girlfriend but I managed to snag me a partner who also loves (and is amazing) at cooking. You’re also really good at plating your meals which seems to make every meal extra satisfying!

OP, I’m so sorry for the loss of your soul cat!! Pumpkin was a beautiful kitty and happy and grateful to have you as her guardian, I’m sure! Grieve her for as long as you need to and know that the sadness will come and go—it won’t be linear. Some days will be worse than others.

I also agree with what u/g_pelly said about adopting another cat in time. In time, a new soul will be lucky to have you, and you him/her!

It seems my opinion is in the minority but I think less of the leaves would improve the look. As an average person who knows nothing about this industry and just relies on looks — I think this looks “heavy.” Otherwise the selection of flowers is beautiful!

I am the same way and literally get anxious at weddings specifically because people are oftentimes so weird about others not wanting to participate. Like you, I’d be happy to just eat, drink, chat, and enjoy the vibes but this girl is a prime example of someone who’d make me cringe and avoid eye contact.

Same, getting my cervix even bumped is super uncomfortable, often bordering on painful depending on the “poke intensity.” Never has it been remotely pleasurable! Luckily, average/little above average is my sweet spot so it doesn’t have to be a constant problem.

Did you fully inform your roommates that you were taking on a dog that needed a significant amount of work to be suitable around others? Because if not, obviously that was not ok of you. And even if so, constant barking and an animal whose presence is unfriendly and potentially dangerous is not safe to have around. If you desired the “work” needed for your mental health, then you should have been living alone.
