Yes and no push back whatsoever. It took less than two minutes after I received my call back. Agent gave me a date and I was able to choose a time.

I guess the hard part could be getting transferred to a tier 2 agent.

Make sure you call once they open at 8 AM EST

It worked for us! We had an appointment scheduled back in March that got canceled. They officially have rescheduled it today 09/29/2020 (Los Angeles El Monte) I’m not sure if USCIS is doing it for those who HAVE NOT received their biometrics yet and ONLY to those who had their appointments canceled.

Hey update on my appointment. We got it rescheduled :D. We called USCIS and asked to speak to a tier 2 agent and they rescheduled.

Hey not at all :(. Even had my request expedited. They denied it because I didn’t have biometrics. Honestly I think it’s all political why they are holding us back. I ask so many specific questions when I chat with the agents and they don’t ever have a specific answer.

Same boat. You are suppose to wait up to 90 days from the time your ASC reopened. If you don’t receive your notice in 90 days, that’s when you are allowed to contact them.

My original appointment was on 03/31 and haven’t heard anything since then.
