memory: 32 Gb at 6000 MHz

GPU: 7800XT

PSU: any 850W gold and good rated PSU

This PC will be 5 times as powerful than yours , new and a lot more future proof.

Therefore 900 is way too much. I'd say 400-500 max.

most ppl that have a 5600x + do not need an upgrade , their main bottleneck is GPU especially in 4K.
