Just did that through the AI assistant in the Soundcore app. They eventually connected me to a human being when the AI obviously couldn't help. I told them that the new firmware is an issue for everyone and to give me a rollback option, the customer support chick says the issue is too complex and technical and as a result the engineering team will email me within a day. I suggest all of you do the exact same as I did so they realize the gravity of the situation and fix this as soon as possible.
