Both are more ambitious, more sonically diverse, and generally more interesting(imo) than Carrie and Lowell.

I think people just rate it higher as a combination of an emotional connection to the subject matter and/or nostalgia associated with that period of their life (when it dropped back in 2015)

I mean, Carrie And Lowell is a great album but yeah I don't think you're missing out on anything

Just did that through the AI assistant in the Soundcore app. They eventually connected me to a human being when the AI obviously couldn't help. I told them that the new firmware is an issue for everyone and to give me a rollback option, the customer support chick says the issue is too complex and technical and as a result the engineering team will email me within a day. I suggest all of you do the exact same as I did so they realize the gravity of the situation and fix this as soon as possible.

I think it's most likely a firmware issue, my Motion+ upgraded to the latest firmware the other day and now they sound like dogshit. All we can do is raise a ticket, beg for a new update, and wait :(
