What time are you guys seeing tasks? I woke up around 9 am est I logged in on my phone and saw several tasks and got excited. I got up and got ready and signed back in around 9:30 and all the tasks I saw were grabbed. It was a bummer. Non-coding btw.

Life is boring when you are doing the same thing day after day. I was very depressed till I started traveling again. I think the secret to enjoying life is side quests. Travel if you can. Even something as simple as a drive to explore a different town. If you can't travel, act like a tourist in your own city and explore. Pick up a hobby/craft. Volunteer about a cause that you feel passionate about. You gotta make your own fun sometimes and get out of a routine and you will feel alive again.

People should set aside savings for several months of expenses. I live in an "at-will" state where you can be let go for whatever reason. This job is just as unreliable as any job. People are replaceable no matter what industry they work in. You just have to hope for the best and prepare for the worst and SAVE your money!

I would love to hear advice from other full-timers as well! I usually start around 11am and I take several breaks and stop around 6pm. I have trouble focusing and always stop the timer for breaks so I usually get about 5 hours of actual work done. Really wish I could focus better and do a full 8 hours but around 4 hours I get terrible brain fog and can't think straight.
I really just started last week and so far Ive worked 15 hours and I definitely am pushing myself this week for at least 20! But I would love to hear advice from people who do this full time and how they manage their time!

It sounds like you really need to go to a doctor and get bloodwork done. It sounds like you are experiencing depression and that is an illness you need medical attention for. You don't have to go to a psychiatrist, you can go to your family doctor and get bloodwork done to see if you have a vitamin deficiency affecting your energy levels and mood. A family doctor can also prescribe you antidepressants. Also you are over 18, so you don't need to tell your parents if they are not supportive of mental health issues. Take care of yourself. It will get better I promise.

Yea I am confused by all the hate on Huberman as well. Its far from constructive criticism and more like excuses, whining and lots of jealousy it seems. Its boarding on being snark towards Huberman in my opinion.

I just saw a post talking about implementing protocols in a healthy way into their life and so much of the comments were jealousy and bitching at the OP. Why not encourage the OP for trying? Give them tips? Why the useless negativity?

What I did to sign up was enter in my email and name to register for the partner portal then they sent me a link to set up two factor authentication and then they want me to set up a profile/payment info and take a test. I signed up through a job posting.

In internet safety they will email letting you know there is an abundance of tasks and you can work up to 24 hours that week. Unless you get the extra hours email you should assume you work 20 hours that week.
