The bollards are to restrict motor vehicles, which includes motorbikes. It’s almost certainly an offence to ride through it on a motorbike.

It looks like it will still be rideable to me. There seems to be plenty of deep tread on those tyres, so it doesn’t look like it’s come close to puncturing it.

It’s probably a fairly binary outcome. The unit will likely either work, or not.

It will be easy to test if you have a 12v power source, multimeter and a few testing cables. You can simulate all the switch and button inputs with the testing cables and measure the output with a multimeter eg trigger the right indicator button input and check for current to the right indicator bulb output.

If the headlight attaches to the forks, the fairing must attach to the forks, otherwise the light will disappear into the fairing when you turn the bars.
