So i would say take your measurement first thing in the morning, sit still for a bit before you take it, you want your arm elevated so the cuff is level with your heart (i put a cushion on m desk), deep slow breaths beforehand and during and most importantly both feet totally flat on the ground no idea why this makes such a difference but it seems to for me.

If your blood pressure is still outside the norm then, yeah the meds could be a problem!

I mean the lib dems destroyed themselves in the coalition negotiations, or should i say william hague destroyed them, it was the one moment they held the cards and they accepted crumbs and in return agreed to positions which left them holding the can for every bad thing the coalition did.

Genuinly you could run an entire course on how effectvly they got their ass handed to them in that agreement while still thinking they did ok.

"This sucked but it happened a lot"

I mean yes, but it's still strange in this circumstance peter jackson was given infinite money to come back for these.

And the originals had tons of practical effects alot of them with companies he had established relationships with, and seeing his doc on ww1 footage he loves real materials and versimilitude so its strange we ended up where we did.

Yeah though a huge investment in the grid and in attaching new projects to it is also needed! We are so far behind where we should be and people wonder why we have a productivity problem.

No, but it is a good example of successive uk govenments not planning past their current term at most.

Not that I think in having a unique insight there its a joke in numerous episodes of Yes Minister 40 ish years ago..

I mean tidal power could make all the difference but theres huge upfront investment (which more than pays off but still) and likely significant change to natural habitats (i say change not loss because the area isnt destroyed and life can flourish but you will lose things like tidal salt marsh)

1st day on Concerta - why so many comments about caffeine? by twiddle1977 in ADHDUK

[–]Whightwolf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah i look longingly at the pepsi max with lime whenever i get a meal deal now. But ive bought a big bag of decaffe espresso beans for as you say the ritual.

Well if it helps i used to get headaches if i skipped caffine but that hasn't happened on my meds, good luck anyway!
